PTC Duct Heater - DN125 | DN160
Carefree operation, easy integration, safe heating, minimal pressure drop - these are our HVAC customers‘ needs. PTC Duct Heaters are perfectly suited as pre-heating or post-heating unit for centralized and decentralized ventilation systems with heat recovery. Their insulated PTC Air Heater with delta-shaped fins achieves a significantly lower pressure drop which makes the heater particularly suitable for high-volume air flows or lower-power fans.
PTC Duct Heaters are available in different versions with power outputs up to 1,2kW. They come in two standard diameters DN125 and DN160 (coming soon).
The version with power control comes with electronics integrated into the housing. Power control is performed via analog or PWM signal.
The version with fixed power levels can be operated at 3 power levels (350W / 750W / 850W resp. 1200W) via the terminal block integrated into the housing. The integrated temperature limiter can be connected optionally.
PTC Duct Heaters come with all advantages of the PTC heating technology. Thanks to the PTC effect, the heating elements dynamically adjust their power without exceeding a maximum temperature. High operational reliability and energy efficiency without any additional switching elements.
